Thanks to the help of many friends and ward members, Lola's Legacy went off without a hitch! I have very little to do to prep the finished albums to be presented to the hospital, which I hope to do sometime this week before we head out to Charleston.
This is the display table I set up of Lola's things.
Hannah, Jill, Diana, Brittany (from the ward), Michelle, and Robin. Rachelle and Bridget and her mom also attended. Thanks guys!
Many hands make light work! (these are Robin's)
Me in action.
This is Sister Whittle. She is 99 years old, and walks without a cane or any other assitance. She doesn't (usually) wear glasses or a hearing aid, and she still lives on her own in the house she's lived in for many years. She is an amazing inspiration. She is also Ezra Taft Benson's sister, and taught my temple prep class. I love this woman. She is distantly related to Timm. I figure if Sister Whittle can come and make an album, there is no excuse for anyone else!
Thank you everyone for all of your help- It was a great success!
