Weather Report

So apparently I am slightly obsessed with my new hair. It's been a week tomorrow, but I am still marveling at my newfound freedom and weightlessness, wondering what ever possessed me to grow my hair, and what on earth (besides money) kept me from cutting it sooner! So forgive me for posting again about my hair, but I was pleasantly surprised today when I let it air-dry for the first time. This could be a sweet deal, especially with the summer heat on it's way to keep me from wanting to heat style, battling the imminent humidity, and ease for once the baby comes. Sweet. I love washing me hair now. So short. Love it.
And here is video of one more reason to move to North Carolina, besides the fact that Charlotte was just named the #1 city in the country to live in! (See article)

Correction: It is hail, not sleet. Still pretty cool.

Your hair looks great, I'm glad you're loving the freedom of it.

That rain is amazing, we rarely get storms like that here, hence the dry patches all over the lawn.

I love thunderstorms like that! We hardly ever get rain like that here (today was a rare exception). And I have no idea how you can have hail when it is hot out.

Hooray for loving your hair! That is a miracle in my book.

I'm jealous of your hair! I wish mine would look that good when I let it air dry. Being from Texas I miss the good rain/thunderstorms thanks for posting.

Way cute hair! I really love the new cut and the ease that comes with it. Good choice! (I really like it even curlier!!)

We,too, have those storms. I truly enjoy them when I can be home and not have issues with the humidity and the hair.....goind in and out of client's homes and the store is a real problem! I love the thunder and especially at night! In Missouri when I was a little girl, I was scared to death of the thunder storms and tornados, and they were common occurances. The rain used to come down sideways, I kid you not! I remember sitting on Grandma's Mother's lap and being comforted. A good rainstorm when I can remain inside, the best!

But, have you noticed that people drive way weird and SLOW when it rains here? Some caution is required, but that's about it!

Love Bella talking too!

Love the hair! I would kill for your natural wavy hair. It looks lovely.

The weather conditions you describe are my absolute favorite, especially to run in. Although, I'm in the Outer Banks right now, but as much as I love the rain, I'd prefer to have blue skies and sun while I'm here. I'm crossing my fingers that the weather cooperates! You can have your rain back after Tuesday. :)
