Back in the saddle again

I'm back in project mode and am working on a mini-book for someone. You may know who once it is finished and delivered... Anyway, I took this photo of a little nook in my living room for part of the album. I just thought it was very pleasing so I would post it. That's about all I have to say. Oh! Except, someone made my day at Costco a couple of days ago. These 2 ladies were exclaiming over how cute and small Bella was- (it is inevitable at this point. Bella insists on sitting in the cart, and she looks so tiny sitting upright in the big cart. She can practically fall through one of the leg slots if I don't keep a constant hand on her, so she attracts all kinds of oohs and ahhs.) Anyway, they said, "look at her, she's just mini! But look at you, You're just mini!" Mini, me? excellent deception :)

That's a very pleasing picture for sure. So inviting and homey--you Taylor women certainly have a way.

What deception are you referring to? You are mini--every time I see you, you've shrunk another size. It's impressive yet disturbing.

So glad you're back in project mode--it's a place you excel in and whoever gets the mini book is blessed for sure.

Oh good grief. I mean, you are mini, so it's not surprising, but honestly! I can't imagine such a compliment. Is there anything better than that?!

Very nice display. You have such cute little things in your house that are all grouped just right (ya punk!) And I would have just died if someone said that about me and been on such a high for the rest of the day/week/month.

Mini is good, way good, good good good, very good! ( to those of you who aren't aware, a very good friend of mine who is a southern girl from North Carolina, Jan Ross speaks this way about everything! She even goes on more that this! We laugh,m but it is very entertaining as well as leaving no uncertainty as to her feelings! Mini is always good except for mini arm length--very bad, bad bad bad, VERY bad!! It is expensive (constant alterations) and hinders normal everyday abilities in my constant world of design and store merchandising. I have to move the ladder to reach things more than can be imagined. PS This blog thing will require me to add a few hours to my daily task list, although it doesN't feel like a task--where will I get a few more hours?????
