It's 5:00. I received no phone call today :( All in all I know I have very little to complain about in life, but I am still dissapointed. Oh well- time to make some new layouts to submit as a CK "Fresh Face" I guess!

If you weren't chosen as a Hall of Famer then CK must not be ready for the genius that is you. Surely they were blown away by your innovative style, keen use of embellishments, thoughtful journaling, and excellent color schemes. Perhaps this will attempt of yours will spur you on to bigger and better things. Keep submitting your layouts and projects and I'm sure you'll be published in not time at all.
I'm disappointed, too. I had high hopes for you. If you're not a Hall of Famer, who is? I just know I'll see the results and see at least one person who I think doesn't deserve it as much as you! sigh. All I can say is, I love your style, so keep it up and I'm sure you'll be a scrapbook celebrity soon. (Surely they will be keeping your layouts to publish in the future.)
Thanks guys :) I knew I could count on you for encouragement. Timm was a little lacking in that department when I called him at work. Not that he doesn't try, he just doesn't really get it, or know what to say I guess. I didn't really think I would, but a tthe same time I didn't see why not, ya know? Like I said, I'd be surprised either way!
This is just so surprising to me, I thought you were a shoo-in. Sorry Jessie, but don't let this get you down. You have a true natural talent for this kind of thing and they are going to be sorry they didn't see your genious sooner when your name is everywhere in the future. Think of the future bio you will have, "After not being selected as a Hall of Famer with CK, Jessie Tanner didn't let that stop her. Her unique creative genious self has taken the scrapbook world by storm"...so on and so forth.
I hear ya on feeling disappointed. Today I realized I've failed in EVERYTHING I've ever done:( NOT a fun feeling.
I'm sorry, Jess. Hang in there. I think your layouts are some of the best I've seen! I love them and I think it's just a matter of time before you start getting recognized!
i am sorry. Don't be too hard on yourself. You are absolutely amazing!
"To me you are [a hall-of-famer]!"
