Easter Resolution

Easter was fun. We spent it with Michelle's family which we do not do often enough.(See photos) Moving On.

Today is Day 1 of my Weight Wachers Core Plan. I am not new to WW, in fact I am a veteran-I am a Lifetime Member- On yeah! I first joined about 7ish years ago with my mom when I returned from my first semester at BYU. (oh joy.) I know Points like nobody's business. TO this day, I can tell you. GO ahead, ask me somethin'. Go on! I had great success, but since then I have waffled back and forth (mmm... waffles....) especially because of my depression. (They are very closely linked.) Ever since then, I've always tried doing it myself, and even though I know how to do it, it just doesn't seem to take until I am committed and have the accountability to go weigh-in. (dun-dun-DUN!!!) SO I'm sick of complaining and feeling horrible, so I took the plunge and I'm excited about it. (I'm always excited about any sort of plan. Especially if it's in my best interest.) So- all you sugar mongers out there- stay back! I have to kick the habit. Eventually I can have some, but it's such a trigger for me that I need to abstain for now. (my own personal rules.) I will report my weigh-in progress. (No comments neccessary, I am just being accountable. And I'm just giving the results- I'm not maschocistic enough to actually state my weight over the internet where it will remain for ALL TIME!)
Cool. That said, anyone on or know anyone on the Core Plan, eh?
And finally, some pictures for her fans:
(Namely her grandparents who live 2500 miles away who haven't seen her in 4 months.)

Glad day one is under your belt. You are so good at mastering your goals that I know you are going to rock the new core plan and exceed your expectations. And being the sugar monger that I am, I will do my best to keep the sugar packets hidden.

Bella and Eva are so cute- I can't believe how much bigger Bella is than Eva.

This is so what I needed to read today. I have been (trying) to pay bills this morning and was thinking this was something I could cut out. AND might as well, given my recent efforts.

I know what you mean about needing to be accountable and then feeling slightly cheesy that people feel they have to leave comments about it. Don't get me wrong I enjoy a little encouragement but you know what I mean....

I am always impressed by your ability to stick to it when you decide to do something. (Have I mentioned that I am happy you are blogging again? I am.)

I tried a form of core years ago. (Of course it worked until I just quit one day.) Maybe I need to look into it again, I could use a change.

Back to the drawing board....

I want to know more about the core plan! Your idea is a good one for me to go and check in once to get the info, but WHEN???I'm way stressed with too much work (referals)... So, pass it on! Good luck, forward!

Love the photos! Bella has such cute chubby arms! (Mine are chubby too but WAY not cute!) Your post was a bright spot in my hectic day and promising that more will follow!!! Love and bye for now.

Woa! I was way excited to see my posting time, I thought I was ahead of the game for my day, until I realized that the posting time was YOUR timezone, not mine.....It gave me a high for a minute!!

Onward.

Jessie,

First off, I think you are an amazingly talented writer..love reading your posts.

Second, good job on getting on the core plan. I am not too familiar with weight watchers (I have been doing bodyforlife for a while now), but I know that I also have to be accountable for me to make progress. I faithfully keep a food journal and let people look at it whenever they please..(: Keeps me good. I did post my weight on the internet...along with pictures! (www.our84days.blogspot.com) and it turned out to be quite motivating for me, but especially for my husband. He's kicking butt.

I'd love to know more about what the core plan entails. Good luck with week one! You'll do great!

Love, Karli (Diana's cousin)

I LOVE PICTURES OF BELLA AND EVA!! You also made Sarah's day--she wanted me to print both pictures for her room. Mark just started WW for real--like going to meetings, etc. What is the "core" plan? It sounds rather stringent. I'll have to ask him about it. I've been trying to be supportive and follow along myself. He's lost 8 lbs. already!

You are the point master, I would not even try to test your knowledge. You also have iron will, so I know that whatever you decide to do will be done.

I love seeing Bella and Eva together in their Easter finery, so cute.
