Break

I took a brief break from the holiday sweatshop, but not from crafting altogether. One night I made hats for the girls, via sweaters I bought from Goodwill and then 'felted'. I used SouleMama's pattern for the hats and then made the little felt flowers, something that has adorned several of my gifts this season. It's kinda hard to see the detail of just how cute these flowers are since they are tone on tone, but take my word that they are super cute. Also, the cloche-like fit of this hat is adorable on B.
I made her matching mittens, but she lost them on the second day, which is actually one day longer than I credited her with.
Back to crafting! Can't afford to lose the time!

You mom and I needed those hats for our outdoor work when I was there for Christmas set-ups. That hat is just WAY too cute! Did you make the hat and its embellishments? I'm with Jill--the results of your mad sweatshop crafting are killing me!!

I have stumbled across your blog many times (lived in your Provo ward sometime after you moved) and have to just say, you are ridiculously talented. I wish wish wish I could have some of your genius. Just a tiny bit.
